- Why a range instead of an exact price?
- The self-serve estimate only covers scope. Content volume, how finished your material is and the level of detail you expect all move the final number. The formal quote gives you an exact figure after one conversation.
- How is payment scheduled?
- Typically 50% on signing and 50% before launch. Larger projects can split into three milestone payments, agreed at the proposal stage.
- When does the clock start?
- Once your material and content are largely ready and the deposit has arrived. The rush option in the estimator compresses the schedule and puts your project first.
- Is maintenance included?
- Fixes are free for 30 days after launch. Beyond that, the Care & Operations plan above covers server operations and database maintenance for a flat annual fee, spelled out in the proposal.
